Since 2011, the NWSRI has been studying, testing and monitoring the spawning reach of the Nechako White Sturgeon. This video is an excellent summary of the work that has been done to date, and the exciting new methods developed to restore, at least temporarily, spawning habitat. The goal, to increase survival of egg and larval sturgeon.
